People who refuse to be vaccinated carry the disease to people who have compromised immune systems. If we can’t protect the innocent then what is the point of any Law? Vaccination should be mandatory. We should not have dying children when it’s optional.

I do not think that getting rid of prison sexual abuse requires getting rid of prisons because that’s not how they did it in countries that got rid of it. We could have prisoners like they do in Norway. Instead of getting rid of prisons.

In terms of urgency for stopping deaths caused by the US government, we can start by the things that are killing millions and then work down from there. We could start upwards from the things that are killing fewer people, it would be slower. Some of them require a constitutional amendment.
