over the years, i've had so many people tell me to use voicemeeter banana for streaming. but every time I try to use it, it has issues and I can never figure out how to fix it 😭 it just stopped working during stream for no reason and I had to close it and reset all my audio mid-stream 😭😭

000

🌵Lee🪴 @alchemiclee.bsky.social · 17/03/2026

anyone else have these issues or am I just unlucky? I never know how to deal with these things either, so i'm just out of money sometimes 😭

🌵Lee🪴 @alchemiclee.bsky.social · 17/03/2026

I feel like ive had so many more issues with etsy shop stuff than anyone else. like missing items, taking months to ship, items never getting shipped, items getting canceled despite saying it's in stock in their shop still. I get it, it's small creators who do this out of their bedrooms but come on😭

Sister Lorena, the cowardly nun. She's a character I've just started playing on a Minecraft Vampires SMP on Sundays. I don't stream it, but my friend @alchemiclee.bsky.social does! So maybe go give them a watch tomorrow c:

I really want to become a full-time content creator without needing to worry about getting paid for it. working full-time for free might sound bad, but it would be less stressful. if I can get a guaranteed income to pay bills and get minimum needs met, that would be good enough.

sometimes I check in on facebook to see how my extended family is doing because thats the only contact I have with them...and their posts are just a bunch of ai generated slop🤢 they'll post an "art" of their family and it's just a slop piece. you know an actual artist. you can ask me to draw you ffs

cosplay of furina and lynette genshin impact. lynette offers flower to furina who shyly looks away. both have hearts by them indicating they are fond of each other (gay). text in background reads: Lakelight Lilies are blue, Rainbow Roses are pink. my love for you will never sink.

for now i'll stick with my 3d vtuber rat i bought on Etsy if I can get it to work (it keeps breaking) or my pngtubers. if I can quit my awful job and get on disability, i'll make more money than at my job and also have more time and the choice of learning or buying one then. money ruins my fun!!!!

020

🌵Lee🪴 @alchemiclee.bsky.social · 19/12/2025

and the simplest chibi models I can find cost almost 2 months of pay. thats just not affordable right now. especially when I only just reached 100 followers on twitch after nearly 10 years of streaming! I wont make money being a vtuber. it would just make me enjoy it more/feel more comfy to stream.

120

🌵Lee🪴 @alchemiclee.bsky.social · 19/12/2025

I want to learn how to make a vtuber model for myself. but every time I look into it, I get overwhelmed and dont feel like i have the time and energy to dedicate to learning everything. when I say this, i'm told to pay an artist for it. I love supporting other artists, but sadly I have a shitty job

is this worth the cost for prints of my art? when i cant be sure ill even sell a single print? every time i think about this, i remember last time i made prints and didn't sell a single one. someone be my voice of reason please and tell me it's not smart to do this or something....

020

🌵Lee🪴 @alchemiclee.bsky.social · 04/12/2025

but I feel like the only way to make any art/creator friends is to "prove" myself by having a shop and/or doing events/artist alleys. ugh. maybe I just dont bother with friends anymore either. I hate not knowing what to do and not getting any direction. too tired to put in effort for anything now...

000

🌵Lee🪴 @alchemiclee.bsky.social · 04/12/2025

no one has expressed interest in my art. I could try local artist alleys and events. but i've been looking into those and all the advice posts I see says to have a helper with you for setup/cleanup and so you can take breaks. i'm disabled so having no help would be miserable.

100

🌵Lee🪴 @alchemiclee.bsky.social · 04/12/2025

cant decide if it's even worth pursuing selling my art or not anymore. the print website i want to use is having a sale for one more day. but is it worth spending money on prints i probably wont sell....or do I just give up on the idea and keep my art to myself? I need a life coach to direct me 😭

I dont social media much lately. just the occasional tumblr art reblog. life has been super rough lately and i've been going through it alone so i've just not had the energy to try to be a social creator. I think i'll just be a cryptid instead and use socials to share art but not be social for now..

I just wrote a summary for am original story my brain concocted in the shower and, while i'll probably never actually write it, if I did, i'd turn it into a fanfic somehow

000

🌵Lee🪴 @alchemiclee.bsky.social · 12/11/2025

if you want to write an original story but are afraid no one will want to ready it, tirn it into an au fanfic with popualr characters. then at least a few people might read it 😆
