I'm sorry. I've been intending to get in touch but my condition has gotten worse. Every day recently has felt more and more like it could my last. In spite of the best efforts of my Dr's and myself nothing seems to be working. I wish I had better news.

No. That said, I am getting closer to being able to take care of myself. I have had a ramp installed and I bought a personal mobility device (a scooter) that I will have to mount on the back of my car. I also am getting in home physical therapy. As I learn more I will keep you updated. 👍😘

to do the small things in life for basic self maintenance. A new in home physical therapist came by to start my treatments so I am sure that will help. Right now I am very tired and need to go have some quite time. Good night and we can chat more tomorrow.

I underestimated Trump because of his obvious stupidity and peroneal incompetence. What I should not have underestimated is the evil rich powerful and very competent monsters around him. They needed him to get to the seats of power but now that they are there they are well positioned to finish it.

I am worried about the same personal things you are worried about for me and your own possible future. As for all the other international intrigue surrounding the destruction of our democracy, I have never been in such fear about the authoritarian monsters that surround him and his current regime.

Good morning my friend. I wish that I could say things are better but I can't. I still have chronic fatigue and it's difficult to walk from one room to the next. Some days are a little better than others but for most days it's as bad or worse than ever. Thank you for your concern and your prayers. 🙏

Thank you my friend. I am a Veteran but I have never applied for the disability I am eligible for. I should have done that years ago but I didn't. My Medicare A, B, and C have those kinds of benefits but this is all very new to me. I will look into all of my options soon. Thank you again.

I developed late onset A-fib and it almost killed me. Still might. A-fib is very common and a lot of people just live with it but for me it has been devastating. The heart and kidney damage is permanent but I'm told it can get better with time. 3 months ago I was very strong. Now, I'm an invalid.

I can't sing. This congenital heart failure has really done a number on me. It severely damaged my heart and kidneys and weakened my lungs substantially. I have had a lot of days recently when I thought it might be my last. I have more bad days than good but I am not giving up.

It only snowed enough to cover the ground one time in my life in Jacksonville. I only saw real snow when I joined the Army back in the 60's. A couple of hours of it was plenty for me.

It's the first day of Winter. I know how cold it is in most of the Country. But here in Central Florida it is clear and cool and 74 degrees. Expected to get to a high of 76. We don't have a lot of days like this so I feel grateful when it happens.
