Otra cosa que se debería hacer indefinido es el plazo de protección de las viviendas públicas. No sé si me pierdo algo, pero me parece una barbaridad que salgan al mercado privado.

¿Qué pasará con las viviendas protegidas que aún quedan?

Entre 2026 y 2030 cumplirán su plazo de protección más de 340.000 viviendas: casi la tercera parte de ellas en Andalucía —alrededor de 93.000—, otras cerca de 68.000 en la Comunidad Valenciana y más de 36.000 en Madrid.
