They fried up really well!! I tried making donuts once a few years ago and they turned out so tough. Not these ones! I'd like to try some different kinds next time but I knew for the first batch chocolate frosted and glazed was the way to go.

A sheet of donut dough with donut shapes cut out. I rolled it a little uneven so the ones at the bottom are a bit thinner...
