Well technically I get re diagnosed. When I was a child my father made sure I never got a refill of my meds. Now I live in Utah and every month there's a fight to get my adderal. Insurance argues at the pharmacy forgets, or they don't know why it didn't get filled, etc.

Though my darling autistic best friend didn't get her diagnosis until about 3 years ago. We always wondered why we got along so well. We've decided it was because we didn't have to mask and could be ourselves around each other.

I'm over 50. I was diagnosed with ADHD in the early 80s. When they still thought I was a girl, and the term ADD was still used. Either my ADHD was ridiculously obvious, or my tiny Wyoming town was remarkably progressive about this thing. Now I'm a trans man and properly medicated. :)

It makes zero sense to me. If a woman wants to be a surrogate, how is it feminist to tell her she can't? Apparently there are women who enjoy being pregnant, but are smart enough to know they can't raise that many littles. Let 'em have someone else's baby. But also never force someone to. Easy.
