So he can hold them to account at a later date? A deal seems complex. Russian ready to ceasefire? (Regroup more like) USA wants minerals. Europe wants security. Ukraine wants it's sovereignty and guaranteed security, NATO & EU membership What is USA offering? Can Zelensky sell minerals to Europe?
