That is a Whistling Kite ... there is a white letter M pattern under the wings, which is a good indicator. If you use #wildoz , you probably get more answers for bird ids on the wildoz feed

A yellow granular seasoning that is shaken onto chips in the same way as salt would be . Salty savoury, garlicy and oniony in taste. Works great with hot chips - connoisseurs always ask for "extra chicken salt".
