Went to the barber to clean up 9 months of hair and beard growth. I had a scheduling mix-up and didn't get my usual guy. Gave very specific instructions; the barber said, "OK," then ignored everything and gave me the cut he felt I should have. Irritated to lose all that length, but it looks good.

I remember another Jeep owner yelling that a Jeep isn't a lifestyle; it's a tool like a hammer, and he doesn't want any ducks. Lighten up, Francis.

I've seen a LOT of ignorant comments from haters. Like one guy: "What kind of people go to the store to buy ducks and decorate their Jeeps?" Not how it works, dude. A Bronco owner: "I'm not putting ducks on my dash. They'll roll off every time I turn." Not for you, dude, and they're fixed in place.

Spent the day in South Jersey visiting the in-laws. While the adults were adulting, I spent most of the day entertaining my niece and nephew. I'd have to go with my best friend Pat's 1988 Chevy Monte Carlo SS with gold accents. We graduated in 93. We used to play car tag all over town. I was in a 92 Civic. He couldn't touch me in twists and turns through neighborhoods, but dusted me in straights. It was identical to this one.

The tanagers were the most prolific for sure: Blue-gray Tanagers, Passerini's Tanagers (male & female), and Silver-throated Tanagers. There were a few different honeycreepers, a Buff-throated Saltator, Hoffmann's Woodpeckers, and possibly a female Yellow-throated Euphonia.
