Anybody who uses the term BCE or CE. (Or even BC/AD for that matter.) In universe, the destruction of the Death Star was the moment when the rebellion became a force to be reckoned with. It was notable historically. Also, it helps to keep your timeline vague for story purposes.

I got into a pick up game of bowling with some drunk 20 somethings who did shots before going to get more drunk in the nearest city. I almost beaned a toddler who darted in fromt of my approach because his parents let him run wild. I watched club girl clomp up and down the lanes in platforms..
