Alan McCredie @alanmccredie.bsky.social · 06/07/2026Now I can understand Scotland’s dismal failure at the World Cup. It wasn’t failure - It was simply a pre-emptive boycott because of the Balogun affair. All is forgiven! 020
Alan McCredie @alanmccredie.bsky.social · 26/06/2026A wonderful Joan Eardley exhibition at Modern Two in Edinburgh happily featuring favourite painting of hers. Really interesting section on her photography that I knew nothing about, but is obviously superb. Only on till Sunday 28th June. 001
Alan McCredie @alanmccredie.bsky.social · 14/06/2026Lovely to sit in the sun and realise that there is now no way Scotland can fail to win the World Cup. It’s a given. 040
Alan McCredie @alanmccredie.bsky.social · 24/05/2026All feels a bit TinTin. Alan and the Black Spout. Which was actually white but was, admittedly, quite spouty. 000

Alan McCredie @alanmccredie.bsky.social · 05/12/2025Cracking draw! It’s not a proper World Cup unless Scotland play Brazil. We owe Morocco for last time and Haiti will be great. Very happy! 130
Alan McCredie @alanmccredie.bsky.social · 08/08/2025Funny to see something your wife filmed 8 years ago be at the top of the Netflix charts. (To avoid confusion it’s not Jenna Ortega). #lochness 000

Alan McCredie @alanmccredie.bsky.social · 08/03/2025Was 1am when I left the pub. A cold North Sea mist creeping in - an Edinburgh haze. I should know better by now but of course out came the cameraphone... Then to bed, safe in the knowledge I had redefined contemporary photography. And this morning, the results. See you all at The Tate Modern! 030

Alan McCredie @alanmccredie.bsky.social · 18/01/2025Forced myself to make a start on my final submission for my Masters. Dragged out a paltry 150 words from my protesting brain. 5 months, oceans of research, and about 15000 words to go. Need a lie down now… 020
