Yes, and I was aware juve fans celebrate 38 titles "on the pitch". My point is they and City shouldn't be allowed to keep them officially, or cheating will have been rewarded. Give the titles to no one if you think it would be unsatisfactory to award them now, but don't officially recognise cheats.
