You know, sometimes the best activism comes from telling stories. Stories allow people to find the similarities with people they thought were different. Jesus did it with parables. Whether you identify as christian or not, it's still a long standing and effective tool.

Someone just posted "what does the front of your fridge say about you?" (thx JB) During my coming out, fridge magnets came home with me as I started making a statement. Also on my fridge you get contact info for my house rep, meal planning notes, and an original sketch by Midori (long story)
