For all things bleeding talent, keep it locked to IGN.

Hot tech take: The Pixel tablet is the best product in the pixel line. I wish Google knew that. A clock, media player and smart home interface when I need it, a halfway device when I want to browse on my couch, sticking it to my fridge magnetically when I'm doing an instacart order, it's perfect.

"There are no good underwater levels in games" You obviously don't know ball

Games media and content creator friends! I have some time in my schedule to do some freelance editing! Hit me up and we can discuss rates ☺️

I haven't been able to put down Moonlight Peaks. After ditching my switch and going all in on the steam ecosystem, I don't find myself missing animal crossing. The level of polish makes it feel like new horizons and stardew in the underworld. It's just a great, cozy little game.

So torn up about the steam machine... I currently have a PC under my TV running bazzite with a ryzen 9000 and a 3080 that blows it away, but waiting for full Nvidia/Intel updates in an official steam os from valve will take until 2027 😅

"State of unreal" Is unreal in a state where games can run without tinkering with your settings a million times even on premium hardware?

Decided to edit my own Euphoria season 3 trailer with Labrinth's music to see just how robbed we were of a good musical score.

KH should've never included modern Disney movies, it slammed my KH3 playthrough to a halt.

The Mixtape discourse is so unfathomably stupid. "It can play itself if you put the controller down". Brother, when did you even try that?

There's too many games and no time to play them 😓😓

Been making things that make my brain light up. Tried my hand at an immersive vlog as someone living in Cyberpunk 2077's Night City. Here's a little piece 👀

Having a cyber truck parked in front of your house should lower property value.

Alan Torres @alan7615.bsky.social · 30/11/2025

I think that's highly more likely given PlayStations limited library, I'd recommend the meta quest so you can tap into steam. Even though you can buy an adapter for the psvr2 to play PC, it's another boundary a first time VR owner shouldn't have to deal with

I want Bad Bunny in cyberpunk 2 instead of Lizzy Wizzy, they can even give him exotic cybernetic upgrades and give him earsss

The craziest part about the new steam hardware is the prospect of buying once and playing your games everywhere. It's the value proposition that gamepass used to have, except now you own it, instead of a rotating library. I don't think that's been stated enough.

110

Alan Torres @alan7615.bsky.social · 12/11/2025

BIG same. PC has dominated my play time and if I can buy one game, play it at my setup, my couch, or on my steam deck, I don't need PS5 or Xbox.

Alan Torres @alan7615.bsky.social · 11/11/2025

Y'all, this game deserves so much more love. As a fan of faux-MMO'S (.HACK, SAO), this game feels like WoW or ESO single player in the best way. So much content, and great combat, it's clicked with me in the best way.

020

Alan Torres @alan7615.bsky.social · 31/10/2025

I wanted a Destiny game in the flavor of Arc Raiders years ago. A survival pvpe title centered around a task force of soldiers that don't possess the light, they forage for items useful to the tower.

My cut is finally almost over. I had blown past my goal of going to 215 to 185 so fast that I extended it to 175, and hit 174 today. I have never managed to lose that much weight without hurting my body (EDs, diet pills) in the past, and have finally done it the healthy way and it feels unreal tbh.

Loving The Outer Worlds 2. Everything feels so much more expensive without sacrificing the core identity of the game.

I really hope we get robust mod support and some real optimization for Bloodlines 2. The world design feels great, although I wish it felt a little bit... seedier.

020

Alan Torres @alan7615.bsky.social · 14/10/2025

the weirdest part about growing up with social media is that I feel like I don't exist unless my face is on the internet~

Alan Torres @alan7615.bsky.social · 12/10/2025

I get the creeping feeling every time I play a borderlands game... ...that the villain is inspired by someone in leadership at gearbox.

000

Alan Torres @alan7615.bsky.social · 11/10/2025

PS5 exclusives remind me of molecular gastronomy. I know that they're well made, I know very smart people put them together... but it just doesn't feel like comfort food. I often find myself saying "I know this is technically a good game, but am I having fun?"

020

Alan Torres @alan7615.bsky.social · 03/10/2025

It's refreshing to see Xbox getting shit for acquiring companies and then paying off masses of employees. Next I wanna see the same criticism of parent companies for games news outlets that do the exact same thing.

This was a dream come true! I pitched a ghost hunt to the team, rallied the troops, brought in the best damn video guy in games, made a run of show, and dragged them thru tarantula-infested woods. We got INSANE evidence. Massive 👏🏻 to @alan7615.bsky.social for his amazing videography and vision!

Hot take that no one asked for: 2FA has become so damn annoying when everything requires on time codes, passkeys, remote device confirmation, it's just become annoying as hell.

So uhh why does borderlands run so poorly 🤔 playing on an MSI titan with a 4090 and it's still bootybutts.
