No matter how harsh the rigid 'concrete' of our external world is, a seed will always spring to life if given water. 🌱Our deep emotions are that water—the environmental signal that triggers our growth. Believe that you will blossom, as it is your true nature. 🌸✨
A seed does think. It's DNA is to grow into a beautiful flower. There is no doubt, just a belief of the end result.

Sacred Geometry is not something we discover; it is something that always exists. It is what connects us all as one.
Ancient cultures seemed to know far more than we’ve given them credit for. Somewhere along the way, we may have lost touch with a deeper kind of inner knowing.

Yes you are correct. There has been a typo. The word is Sacred In many ways, the word, I AM is also sacred as well as the geometry. Sorry for the incorrect word. 🙏

Forgiveness, gratitude, and simply naming what hurt you have measurable effects on the same systems that stress disrupts. The body is always listening. It's also always willing to recalibrate.

Emotional patterns from childhood, suppressed anger, old grief, can remain stored in the body for decades, embedded in posture, breath, and stress response, operating quietly beneath conscious awareness. The good news sits right alongside the hard part: your inner state was never fixed.

Research increasingly shows they ripple outward into inflammation, hormone balance, and immune function. Not as an outside attack, but as a kind of dimming of the body's own intelligence. What surprised me most is how far back this can reach.

When you're emotionally balanced, that orchestra plays in harmony, supporting digestion, immunity, and repair without you ever having to think about it. But the reverse is true too. Chronic stress, unresolved resentment, fear held for too long, these don't just sit quietly in the background.

Your body runs on rhythm far more than most of us realize. Every organ, every cell, and the trillions of microbes living inside you are constantly tuning to one another, like instruments finding the same key.

Your protection is your higher connection to consciousness. It is always there watching over you
Abhaya Mudra — The Hand of Fearlessness
The raised open hand symbolizes protection, peace and freedom from fear. The lotus represents spiritual awakening and purity, reminding us to remain centred and at peace even through life's difficulties.

Long before it became scripture, it was philosophy. The Gospel of John opens with a line that Greek thinkers had already been circling for centuries: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. Later, John writes, And the Word became flesh and lived among us.

To me, this describes the actual mechanics of creation, not a metaphor but a sequence. First thought. Then word. Then form. Nothing enters the visible world without first existing in the invisible one, as an idea, an image, a felt sense of what wants to come into being.

I have watched this pattern play out in my own life more times than I can count. A vision held quietly in stillness. A feeling that grows clearer the more attention I give it. Words that finally give it shape. And then, somehow, it arrives in the physical world, later and differently than expected, but unmistakably connected to where it began.

Your higher consciousness is always at work this way. The conscious mind, plants the seeds long before they show up in the world you can see and touch. The question was never whether you are creating. You are always creating. The only real question is whether you are doing it with awareness.

This is at the centre of everything I have written into my upcoming book, The Sacred Hum of I AM.- www.alangillanders.com -

The grief you carry and the love you feel are real. But the interpretation of it, and the story that you are separate from what you see, that you are a small self navigating a hostile and indifferent universe, that the distance between you and what you long for is fixed, that is Maya.

In Sanskrit, it is called Maya. In English, we translate it as illusion, but that translation loses something essential. Maya does not mean that the world is not real. It means that the world is not what it appears to be. The tree is real. The feeling of sunlight on your face is real.

There is a word that appears in the ancient Vedic texts, in the Christian mystical tradition, in the teachings of the Sufi masters, and in the writings of nearly every great contemplative who has ever lived.

We are not in control of everything that comes our way. But we do get a quiet choice, again and again, in how we meet it. With fear, or with possibility. With bitterness, or with gratitude. With the belief that this is where we stop, or where we begin to grow.

One person sees an ending. Another sees a beginning. One person feels blocked. Another feels redirected. Life happens, then we give it meaning. And that meaning shapes the way we carry it.

I have not posted for some time, as I've been very busy with editing my Manuscript for my upcoming book. Here is a thought to ponder:- The same moment can look different depending on where we are standing inside ourselves.
