You're mistaking their advertising standards for those of the UK.
I think the can say and do whatever they like. Hiding behind a large insurance policy and an army of barristers that no regular family could ever afford to fight.

Mid Wales, UK Old electrician. Moans a lot about the "yoof" of today. A little less sweary and abrasive nowadays as my wife works in HR but still able to slip back into old habits. Questionable sense of humour.
