The Paradox of Tolerance disappears if you look at tolerance, NOT as a moral standard, but as a social contract. If someone does not abide by the terms of the contract, they are not covered by it. In other words, the intolerant aren't deserving of your tolerance.

That's how practically every other developed country does their healthcare. Yes. You pay for it with your taxes but because it's everyone in the same pool you pay a FRACTION of what you're paying now.. what can you do with an extra 2000 a month? or whatever the hell it is that you're paying?
