RADAR @radar.checkfirst.network · 17/09/2025
🔹 Now that we have introduced RADAR, it's time to have a closer look at the framework's functionalities. This short, step-by-step guide will help you properly implement the tagging system in your workflow. More info: radar.checkfirst.network/help
How to use RADAR (Regulatory Assessment for Digital Services Act Risks)The RADAR framework is divided in 12 infringements categories: illegal content-related, transparency and reporting, consumer protection and market fairness, platform accountability and cooperation, minor protection and safety online, illegal content and goods, disinformation and manipulated media, dark patterns an manipulative design, targeted adertisements & profiling, data access and scrutiny, compliance function, and cyber violence.
Each infringement has a unique ID (eg., cr_01 for “Platform failure to take action against Illegal Content”), a description, and observables that help identify DSA violations. You can use the search feature (CTRL+K) to find a specific infringement. After finding matching infringements, it’s time to complete your report by using the RADAR tag generator:
- Remember to use the latest version of RADAR.
- Be as precise as possible.
- Evidences must be referenced in your main report.
- Add all relevant infringements.
When your template is generated, copy it and use it as an annex at the end of your report.Do’s:

Be specific about what you observed.
Tag all relevant infringements.
Reference evidence in your main report.
Use the latest RADAR version.
Include dates and platform versions.

Don’t:

Force-fit observations to tags.
Use tags without evidence.
Modify the tag IDs.
Skip the observable matching step.
Forget to specify RADAR version.

Grok’s analysis reveals a likely pro-Israel FIMI network targeting France. \o/ If Grok says it, I believe in it. /D

Amaury @al.intheopen.eu · 28/07/2025
The N12 News claim lacks independent verification. French denials and Israel’s history of FIMI (e.g., 2023 false hospital video) suggest potential manipulation.

@SimplySusie3, @cj_chep, @fredforthemets, and @Stwrsbrg furthered the narrative. @fredforthemets posted multiple times, showing active engagement in the campaign’s spread.

@beholdisrael, linked to Amir Tsarfati, is a central node, likely sharing via Telegram. @sabra_the and @Stwrsbrg amplified on X, reflecting a cross-platform pipeline seen in prior Israel FIMI efforts.

Posts with near-identical phrasing, e.g., “France’s secret Hamas ties exposed,” surged on 27 July 2025, post-N12 report. This mirrors 2023 Israel-Hamas CIB tactics, indicating coordinated behaviour.

Amaury @al.intheopen.eu · 28/07/2025
@PalaczMarc and @AdlerJoelle posted in French, e.g., “La France collabore avec le Hamas,” targeting French audiences.

@JerusalemDiary, @beholdisrael, @israelnewspulse, and @CherylWroteIt shared the N12 News claim. @CherylWroteIt’s post reached 10,382 views, indicating significant amplification as key hubs.

N12 News reported France held secret Hamas meetings since 2020, based on Gaza documents. French officials deny the claims. No corroboration from Reuters or Le Monde exists, raising reliability concerns.

Let’s use #Grok to do some #OSINT on #X (because why not)! I’ve probed claims of France-Hamas ties (N12 News, Jul 2025) using Grok. He is actually a good X analyst and found a bunch of accounts hinting at a pro-Israel FIMI campaign. 🤷
