Most of my manga tastes are based on a very specific era of JUMP (ジャンプ) that I still love a lot. These aren't necessarily my favorites, just manga that really impacted my interest in the medium to a meaningful degree. 私を構成する9つのマンガ #9コマ #9koma #9coma #My9Manga #私を構成する9つのマンガ 9koma.com/share/d3eb28...

"You've read in the past few days about the UN now using the Equal Earth projection to provide a fairer view of the world. That's cool but leads to practical challenges. Some places (Japan, Australia, New Zealand) have their rather iconic shapes altered dramatically by that projection. Folks displaying local data, will likely just continue to use Mercator. Also, a world map that displays European data to a European audience, will use Mercator because Europe is invisible on an Equal Earth projection."

Pictured: Mercator and Equal Earth visualizations of Japan and Australia, with the Equal Earth representation appearing more squished on the Y-axis than we are used to.

To prove this source is unreliable, I'm not even signed into an account and it's allowing me to submit lyrics for a song. The ones on YouTube are specifically and ONLY uploaded by the channel itself (this used to be different, as captions could once be provided by the community and approved).

Cast yourself as a villain I've always vibed with Haku (I love a villain who has depth and isn't "just a bad guy") and believe I could do the character justice in my portrayal.

Kishi really liked the crazy highlight-style shading on dark hair for just a short while. Check out this Haku art for chapter 25's cover.

Not to mention, Kishimoto's own art style changed drastically from early chapters into the second or third arc of the story when he kind of got more consistent. You won't find any spreads that look quite like this past the point of that change, probably because Kishimoto decided it would be better-

The actual model being sold doesn't look like the one pictured. Bezels on it are fine, color accuracy isn't great but it's otherwise perfectly fine.

The first one I personally owned was probably this, but I'm not sure if it was the first one in our household or not. 2000 was definitely a year of a growing CD collection among my family, because I remember getting a few other CDs that year, such as that year's entry in the US's Now series, NOW 5.

I had to rearrange my shelves in my bedroom to fit a few more things and I'm still practically at my limit. Mostly just have space for CD jewel cases at this stage in my indoor shelves. I'm excited for the future when I can have my shelving set up in a more reasonable way once I move out of here.

Recent thrift pickups, including a CDコレ addition. I don't buy or stream Disturbed music at retail because I cannot financially support the jackass vocalist, so it's nice when I can find their old CDs used. Yogi Bear 3D is an upgrade of the standard Blu-ray that was already on my shelf. #thrift

I got an HDMI adapter for the GameCube. Visually it should be equivalent at worst or better at best than the old setup. There's still some audio imperfections when using Enhanced DVI mode on these adapters (sync), unfortunately, but I think we're just gonna live with that tradeoff for now.
