Hoy fui donde una médico por mis dolores y me dijo que lo más probable es que sea solo lumbar, por lo que me recetó algo y que viera videos para ejercitar. No hay kinesiología hasta en dos semanas más así que por ahora veré videos. De hecho hice unos ejercicios hoy y no me ha dolido de momento 🥹
