We, together as members, are saddened to hear the news of Shigeo Mihara's passing.

Mihara-san had a tremendous influence on our musical career. Ever since the production of our first album, he provided us with a wealth of advice on both technique and creativity. It's no exaggeration to say that Ajikan's drum sound was shaped by Mihara-san. Furthermore, in the early 2010s, when we were at an impasse, he served as a bridge between the members through his performances. Without Mihara-san's presence, we believe our activities would not have continued to this day.

We are deeply grateful for everything Mihara-san gave us, and offer our heartfelt condolences.

We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Shigeo Mihara, who was a support member for Ajikan as a percussionist in 2012-2013, and also their drum technician for over 20 years. Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this time. Rest in peace, Mihara-san.
