An art trade with a sweet and dear friend: her character, the Dragon Knight, the protector of his queen’s kingdom. Soldiers come from another kingdom to attempt to capture it in the dead of night, but the wheel of fate spun away from their favor, and the Dragon Knight was awake to burn them down.

A green dragon with wings outstretched mid-beat, flying over a field of grass, breathing a cone of flame down onto a wooden siege tower on the left of the page. An archer in a red tunic and yellow pants dives off the top, clutching his red ‘robin hood’ style cap with a yellow feather stuck into it onto his head. A spearman and two swordsmen in varying skin tones run away (described here from right to left); the spearman holds a wide hoplite shield above his head, protecting himself while pointing with the spear off-camera, directing his company to flee. One of the swordsmen flees with his arms in the air, sword and buckler flailing, while the other looks back toward the dragon, pointing their sword towards the dragon and holding their shield in front of their body. All the soldiers on the ground wear bronze breastplate, pauldrons, and shin guards, as well as red leather skirts to protect their thighs, and leather sandals to protect the soles of their feet.

More “character” art! This is of #ASterlingGarden ‘s IGstar-88, or “Star”, a heavily modified Westar-88 blaster with a droid cpu inside to regulate the odd component structure. It’s the blaster of @damphyr.com’s Maribella, and it helps inform her of ally and adversary psychology as well as shooting.

“Character” art of The Star Wars Legends fanon blaster/droid IGstar-188. The blaster is a sleek silver Westar-88 custom blaster, which is shaped like a revolver with some armored sections protecting the electronics within. This model has been slightly gutted and altered, a window having been cut out of the armor around the barrel to allow for two red wires to be routed through it and around the gun, into the top of the trigger guard, and around to the back of the weapon. At each end of the set of wires are two small black boxes that presumably hold the droid components: the one over the handle is plain and unadorned save the wires extruding from the front of its left side, but the box in front has been shaped around the barrel and the armor into a more “boxy teardrop” shape, and has a hologrid and two indicator lights (red on top, green on bottom) on the side facing the camera and a lens facing front. The handle is made of a light wood with a red tint on the visible rings, and has a constellation carved into its lower section.

Got to do a #commission for another friend: Nix, the Bard of Love. Figuring out the lighting was really rewarding here, as was the guitar! I don’t get to drawing instruments very much and I think I did a good job hehe

The rangers themselves are clad in aquatic themed gear inspired by several legitimate generations, but most notably the first, with their golden buckles featuring their power animal (visible on the yellow and red rangers) and the white accents to their simple costumes. Their helmets bear a resemblance to SCUBA masks, except instead of a tank, they feed directly back into the helmet. They also have light armor on their forearms and lower legs, and separated armored shoes that have a slit from which flippers may extend. The Yellow Ranger crouches with a yellow-finned spear pointed to the left, the Blue Ranger stands holding a Tesla Gun pointed to the right and behind them, and the Red Ranger stands in the center foreground facing the ‘camera’, holding rocket-punching-gloves in a boxing stance protecting their face and midsection.
