I really wanted to stay in bed this morning but need to get a few sample pages written for the next novelization project, a musical. Met with the screenwriter last week and his enthusiasm for the project was contagious. I hope I do the story justice. 🎶🎥✍️ Have a great week #5amWritersClub!

Excited to share this news. I novelized another script and the book should be published sometime closer to Christmas! Filming for the movie starts Saturday and I have a small part in the movie! The film comes out in 2026, it’s a Christmas love story, titled Emma’s Christmas. #5amWritersClub

Just over here trying to figure out how to make the most out of this busy day. Going to focus on what brings me joy for #5amWritersClub. Making space to write when there are other distractions pulling at me is either an act of kindness or rebellion. Either way my writing time is necessary.

It drizzled on my walk but it didn’t rain on my spirit during this solitary walk into my city’s wilderness. This path winds around a lake, through the woods, ending at the little primitive cabins. The Spanish moss looks like tinsel and created a lovely storybook scene. #5amWritersClub
