Pride is supposed to be the one weekend where the whole point is that you get to take up space safely. Someone lost their life, and dozens of people were hurt doing exactly that. 1140

Now CrossFit three days a week thrown in on top of the gym. At 41 I’m feeling the healthiest I’ve felt since I was in my early 20s! #GayFitness 132263
