Oh man - and now Anthony Geary too! RIP to Luke from General Hospital. Never watched the show but he was always on my television growing up in clips and interviews. The signature curly hair could not be missed. Another staple of childhood gone.

Saw OASIS last night in Chicago. I was living in England at the height of their fame in the mid 90s. Never thought I’d get the chance to see them perform live. Incredible concert by the legendary band. My 22 year old inner self was thrilled! 🤩 #oasis #oasischicago

Chuck Mangione has passed away at age 84. A Jazz icon. “Feels so Good” was a staple of 1970s and possibly in every elevator you rode on.

We start previews for the world premiere of Madhuri Shekar’s DHABA ON DEVON AVENUE this week. We were shut down in rehearsal 5 years ago due to Covid but we are finally able to bring this beautiful story to the stage thanks to Writers Theatre and TimeLine Theatre. A long journey for this play.

I just realized that Wisdom Bridge’s iconic production of HAMLET directed by @robertfalls.bsky.social and starring Aidan Quinn and the late great Del Close premiered 40 years ago this past February. One of those shows I wished I had seen. Chicago Theatre History. Photo Credit from Historic Images.

DELI BOYS is now out on Hulu. We had an incredible team of folks work on this amazing show - everyone in front and behind the camera! Such a fun time. Grateful to be a small part of it. Hope you check it out! #deliboys #hulu #onyxcollective

Yup - unfortunately. “Bob Redford” also shut off his comments too. It’s now the Wild Wild West of what content is actually real.

Highly recommended checking out Steve Dolinsky’s “Ultimate Chicago Pizza Guide” - great deep dive on the history, styles, locales and folks that make all the great types of Chicago Pizza.
