Enjoying my visit to Hakodate. Minus the heat, it has similarities with Kōbe, where I live - it’s a port city with a cosmopolitan atmosphere. Both cities have 19th century houses built by earlier foreign communities, lots of cruise ships visit and they have “Million Dollar” night views.
