Also: bargain just to get a 1% raise. Watch our peers in other industries make much more with their professional degree and the gap widens. Getting hit, kicked, chairs thrown, desks flipped, lock down drills.. I’m flabbergasted when people are shocked there’s a shortage of people willing to teach. 😕
