KDE supports the "Keep Android Open" campaign #Google will cut off independent developers to #Android if they do not register with Google first. This will kill independent platforms like @fdroidorg.bsky.social and severely impede FLOSS devs from creating apps for Android. keepandroidopen.org

This PR adds support for reading the pen pressure in web builds. evt.pointerType would also be useful to pass to engine, but I couldn't find any equivalent for device type on engine side.

i thought games always seemed to feel worse to play under linux despite rendering at 144fps, but I found out x11 compositor doesn't properly handle multiple refresh rates, and so was only compositing at 60fps due to my secondary monitor
