"But it's a metaphor for maturity and responsibility!"😅

Yesss! That was the weirdest part. It was an ex, not a current partner, and they're clearly having a bad phone connection. Seems like really inappropriate timing.

Time to figure out warm weather clothing! I got away with wearing frumpy baggy stuff all winter but barely any of last summer's clothes will fit now, so it's... 🎶thrift shop tiiiiime🎶

Hope I was able to help a little 💜

Honestly might be a weird take, but, I did play the game, I did complete it at least once...I don't remember there being any emphasis on babies or pregnancy. I do smoke a lot though.🤔

Hehe, it works more often than I'd expect it to. (Though usually it's honestly just me zoning out and forgetting to get chrono'd and realizing it on the field) 😅

I watched Exit 8 with my roomies last night. It was ok but felt weirdly like a long anti-abortion ad?

Significantly less than some of my revolvers...shipping cost was icky but $179 usd for the replica, case and 6 cartridges with a moonclip. 😊

It's so cute!🥰 Korth Sky Marshal by Ares. Lovely new airsoft replica, co2, steel with a rubberized grip, and beautiful cartridges. #airsoft

There have been so many restrictions on airsoft/replica stuff on Telegram and a few other sites I'm wondering if I should switch up my theme here a bit? Life has been exhausting and I've not had the time or focus to post anything fun here.

It's finally time for their POP-Quiz! I'll be using my ACETech 6000BT and my Aoderda Trigger Pull scale.

Two airsoft replicas, the SMP AND THE p365 with a chronograph and a trigger pull scale

[AIRSOFT] Explorer suit Stalker cosplay! This one took a while to finish, but I'm really happy with how it turned out. The mask is from 3DCustomCraftUA on Etsy. #stalker2 #cosplay #airsoft #chornobyl

While I've not taken apart every pistol replica I have, I don't believe I've seen this before in any of mine, buy it's an interesting little tweak. 😅

Addy LeScout @airsoftest.bsky.social · 16/12/2025

Necessity is the mother of invention! And not wanting to ruin something I just bought is the...I dunno, cousin? I've found dental tools can be handy when working with someone airsoft internals as well. 😊

I've swapped the outer barrel on the SMP to a threaded aluminum one. The process was very quick and mostly painless. I did, however, encounter something I don't often see...a teeny little spring connecting the outer barrel to the hop. Not too difficult to undo and redo. I used a bent staple.

I've had several distractions this week but I am gonna finish this comparison, demmit.

Addy LeScout @airsoftest.bsky.social · 09/12/2025

I have to admit, the distortion on the ejection port of the P365 is completely my fault. It got a bit of acetone on it at one point and melted it a bit. It doesn't affect performance, just adds some character. 😅

Addy LeScout @airsoftest.bsky.social · 09/12/2025

SMP / P365 comparison, continued. The SMP has an aluminum slide, a removable optics plate, with a RMSc footprint for a micro dot sight underneath. Front and rear irons are removable. The P365 has a metal slide, does not have any optics mounting. Front and rear irons are removable. #Airsoft

Side by side top view comparison of 2 of my airsoft replicas. The SMP (left), and the P365 (right) being held by a pink camo Mechanix glove over a gray backdrop.

Time to get back to it! Sorry for the interruption.

My winter coats are very puffy and oversized. I told my roomie I was doing to go online to order some "oversized hangers" and she told me I "already have a couple of those". She thought it was hilarious, and I was just confused. It took me way too long to catch the joke. 🤣

The Sten is AGM. I don't believe I've ever gotten any replicas by them. Ares has been doing some really cool stuff lately!

Oh no!!! I was unaware of the Groza... I've been looking at these 2. Fortunately they're not very pricey...

Note; there is an externally threaded replacement aluminum barrel available for the SMP, in the $40 range - I don't believe it would be compatible with the P365 but I'll know in about a week.
