Just received this text from, ostensibly, a group in Knoxville that sounds VERY astroturf-y. My response: “Absolutely no such thing as a "responsible license plate reader." Ban ALL of them and ban ALL data centers now.” No response back. Heh.

Preliminary report is out; now to find out why the engine separated. MD-11F UPS2976 at KSDF 4-Nov-25 never had a chance. 14 dead, 23 injured. Eerily similar in a few details to DC-10 AA191 at KORD 25-May-79. With 273 dead, AA191 remains the deadliest aviation accident to have occurred in the US.

This is the titular King of the Manse, Emperor Roux II, successor to the Iron King, Roux I. Roux II is goofy, mostly content/slightly intimidated to let Forceful Personality Prince Regent Goose control the territories. Roux is a goofball, a sweetheart, and loud as hell. A full-blood Basset Hound.
