Airan Wright @airanw.bsky.social · 29/05/2026Jazz gig last night on flute and sax, featuring the fine craftsmanship of Matt Bordoshuk who altered an Armstrong headjoint to fit on a Pearl body and added a PiezoBarrell pickup by Steve Francis. I am lucky to work with so many talented individuals. Look them up! 020 2

Airan Wright @airanw.bsky.social · 21/09/2025Our first trip with our twins (back when they were 2…now they are 20) was a flight from Chicago to Portland. They screamed the entire time. Because of that I a) will never say a bad thing about kids on planes and b) have so many good things to say about the saintly staff that helped us through it. 020 2
Airan Wright @airanw.bsky.social · 21/09/2025Got my bari back from the shop (❤️❤️❤️). Played a gig. Met Anthony Rapp (great singer, fun guy). All in all a decent Sunday in Chicago. 020 2

Airan Wright @airanw.bsky.social · 21/08/2025Day two! Avon is back as a junior at NEIU for Music Education and Percussion! We are so proud of their work and so excited to see where they go next (and I’m so glad they aren’t triplets because I can’t do anymore than two days of emotionally moving kids out of the house). @omnikel.bsky.social 030 3
Airan Wright @airanw.bsky.social · 21/08/2025Today we drove Charlie — our kind, considerate, courageous, and creative kid (one of two!) — out to start a brand new year as a junior studying Environmental Science at NIU in DeKalb. Airan Wright @airanw.bsky.social · 27/07/2025This weirdly tracks with my exact experience as well, right down to timing (started in 2006), faction, race, and class. For me, WoW was a way to be connected with my wife while I traveled for work. It wasn’t a perfect game but I really loved it. Thank you for sharing. 020 2
Airan Wright @airanw.bsky.social · 11/07/2025Back in action, recording for the incomparable Mark Messing and David Carlson, thanks to the last minute wizardry of Matthew R. Bordoshuk who once again fixed my horns through a combination of apparent wizardry and magic. Fun times. 030 3

Airan Wright @airanw.bsky.social · 17/05/2025100% agree. I’d say that extends all the way through delivery, too. A client that doesn’t actually believe in the end product/project will never be an evangelist for it internally or in public. 110 1
