Andor for me we like "I get it now". I was raised on Star Wars so I was never a fan on my own, but Andor made me a fan I think. I understood the hype for Star Wars in my family, through Andor. And also watching the first movie, ep4 as an adult.

same for me, but Andor kind of saved it for me. I started harboring hope we could get more of that kind of storytelling still. it was so good..

Currently making something for a friends band, having a lot of fun with it. 😍 For now this is a sketch, basically traced Usagis silhouette. But I'm wondering if I should make it into a nondescript magical girl instead..?

a blue silhouette of the protagonist of Sailor Moon who has black splatter all over herself, is holding up a severed head and a bloody sword. Behind her is a nuclear explosion and a red background.

unannounced social media hiatus kinda over, sorry for that! cats went home, work started, been super busy. Hopefully I can start posting art and such again~ I'm going to see BigBang live in Paris soon, and Mikuexpo in Amsterdam in Oktober! I wanna at the very least make some bracelets for that.

imagine apple or google announcing that all your photos, savedata, emails etc will dissappear next year unless you download them to your own hardware. all devices with memory would be sold out in minutes probably..

aips @aips.bsky.social · 20/07/2026

no datacenters means no streamingservices, no cloud storage, no websites, or at least no websites with images. unless everyone can have their own servers to host everything they upload.. maybe it would be refreshing but also that would be a HUGE hassle to go back to.

I saw a lets play video where the guy was genuinely terrified of just being in the infinite pools level. Like it just felt awful to him. (spoiler) There aren't any monsters in that one, he was just uneasy from it.

crazy that we have to pay for the stuff they had planned for the game that already cost so much.. I totally think this should all be part of the free update.

if you're looking for a book to keep in your bookshelf for ever and let your children, friends and neighbours read, I'd recommend Klara and the Sun by Kazuo Ishiguro. reaches across many genres, is easy to follow along, pulls you in so effortlessly too.

Omppu is enjoying the Singapore weather. They probably came from a climate like this originally! I on the other hand.. as a Nordic, am barely surviving the 30c.

A pink toy frog in it's summer top and pants standing around at the beach. In the background there are a lot of big ships waiting on the water.

the pink frog is difficult to spot, sitting among some pink flowers that are climbing a trellis.

carry the book constantly with you! wherever you go! hold it in your hand at home and have it in your pocket or bag when you go somewhere 😁 at some point it'll be the most interesting thing to do at that moment~ ☺️

aips @aips.bsky.social · 05/05/2026

I tink the difference is; non gamers don't even know what hollow knight is. everyone I know knows what animal crossing is! (I might have affected that, but we had ACNH posters on buss stops in Finland, so there's stilla HUGE difference)
