I never experienced grief as much when I was younger. But it's becoming more common for me now and I'm just not sure how to tackle it the more it happens

Going back home next weekend. And I'm telling you now, as excited as I am to see my family, my dogs, and @jakryth.bsky.social.... I can't begin to describe my excitement for orange chips from the chippy! It's been too long!

It's fun to pull on my wah's collar sometimes, just to see that cute flustered look on their face... though going by their tailmaw, they seem to be enjoying it~ A wonderful piece I got from @spookyfoxinc.com of myself and @ailuredpanda.bsky.social! Thank you so much for doing this~

The other side won't get used today... or any day, for that matter! An exceptionally cute YCH of myself and @ailuredpanda.bsky.social that I got from @furroxy.bsky.social, who you should absolutely check out when you can! I love how cosy they both look in this~

Just to point out, this was no where near my house, yet they were behind me the entire drive home!

Made a manoeuvre on the road which questionable yes, but did it with ample space and time when there were no on coming cars. Misjudged it tho, and as I nearly finished the manoeuvre a car got close and honked at me, whoops but oh well, nothing too bad It was my next door neighbour.... Awkward

I think I may go for it, if it becomes available

I've been looking to go assistant manager for some time but what I found out was the pay for assistant manager at my franchise is pretty much the exact same pay as my current position at this location that isn't under a franchise. The location is open later and closes earlier too

Staff there said they are happier. They currently don't have any positions open, but they believe there may be someone in the same position that I do that maybe leaving? If that happens, they will give me a message to see if I'm still interested.

One place I went to, was the same business I work for, but not under a franchise like where I currently work. It seems like a much calmer place, my place has its calm moments sometimes tho. And half the staff are people that defected from the franchise I currently work for.

Recently at work I have been having ups and downs. It's been a difficult year. Today I took a step further than I usually do. I started talking to other places about jobs. Usually I would just have the thought and maybe look about. But I went out of my way to go to two locations and just have a chat
