Still doing pole things! ✌️ Has been a struggle these last few weeks with starting back at the gym again as my muscles have been so sore ;3; Has definitely affected my pole training, but hoping it should be less of an issue in a couple of weeks when my body gets used to weight training again.

Got to the airport early because the app said there was queues. Got through in record time to find out the flight had been delayed 2hrs 🙃 Making friends though as there's only plug sockets on the chairs and I have a multi usb adapter so people are asking if they can use one of the free slots ✌️

Paid an extra like €4 for premium seating on the way back as it's 3.5h and it was absolutely worth it for the views alone! The individual big comfy chairs and tables looking out the big windows are also pretty nice 👌

Proof I actually went into the lake for like 5 seconds 😅 As a creature of warmth I immediately zoomed back into the sauna to warm up again. Don't know how people do cold plunges everyday!

I am refreshed and revived!!! Went to the Sauna this morning before I started my journey back home which was a great idea 😤 Spent sooo long in the sauna, but was told that I had to go in the lake pool at least once whilst I was there for the full experience.... It was in fact SOOO cold 😶

Last day in Finland today. Jyväskylä was so nice to walk around and the lakes are so pretty! Was also pride here this weekend which was nice to wander around and chat to people. Has been such a relaxing time away, though I'm not looking forward to the journey back home... Going to be a long day 😴

Had such a nice day just exploring Helsinki yesterday in the sunshine. Also got to try Karelian pasty which is rice porridge in rye crust which was actually pretty good. Also got to meet a friend's family dog who is an actual baaaaaby!! Off to my next stop today to go explore some more ✌️

Sun made a guest visit so I'm out exploring! ✌️ This is my first ever solo trip somewhere and it's definitely been strange not traveling with other people, but it's also been nice just being outside and exploring as mentally I definitely needed to go touch some grass for a bit 😅

Made it back to the gym for another week! Squats are slowly starting to feel a little bit better, but it's definitely going to be a sore few weeks muscle wise whilst my body gets used to weighted lifting again 😅

Back at the gym for the first time in like 2/3 years! Already know it's going to be a tough first couple of months as it's been soo long since I've done any weighted training, but looking forward to hopefully putting a little weight on and increasing my strength generally and also for pole! ✌️

Hurrrrr!!!! Fantasy forest was soooooo much fun! Was so nice to just be outside for the weekend in a really cool setting with so many like minded people. Also there were soooo many incredible outfits. Also the wicker ceremony on the Saturday evening was super cool!!

Another day another coffee shop ✌️ The food here was SO good and they don't charge extra for non dairy milk which is a vibe! Also I will no longer ask people if they are vegetarian, instead I will ask if they are veggyasaurus or tyrannosaurus!
