Hot hot bath, as hot as you can handle, with 2-3 cups Epsom salt. Soak at least 15 minutes. Also look up core protein milk. Idk wtf they put in it that works but that's been a lifesaver when I have 20+ rooms at the hotel to clean (solo housekeeping at a hotel is a surprisingly potent workout)
