If you see a bicycle on the far-right lane, coming up soon to an intersection with traffic lights, please don't overtake the bicycle on its left-hand side and then stop. The natural path for a bicycle when turning right is to filter to the left of the stationary cars that are also turning right.

I think the asset in my life that's given the highest return is my bicycle, which I still use to commute about every two days. We purchased it new about 24 years ago. The return comes in the form of: • a transport solution (giving me independence) • very low maintenance costs • high physical health

In Dec 2025, Codera Analytics released the 2025Q3 vintage of the Quarterly Labour Force Survey. We had a delay of one month with engineering this vintage because the source Excel file was revised, reflecting StatsSA's planned changes to the questionnaire, according to the ICSE-18 standard. 1/2

An experienced programmer knows that commits aren't everything. Some commits aim to transfer code in development from a local computer to a remote computer. Some commits are entirely vibe coded in an unfamiliar language and not checked. Some commits hurriedly fix a typo. 1/3

AI reduces aggregate demand for jobs that it provides assistance with (a displacement effect). AI makes workers more productive. So, individuals aren't affected—it's the marginal decisions in the hiring process that's affected.
