i learned alot doing it and i'm proud of it(?) but i'm also still trying to find a workflow and style that works with my neurotype and doesn't completely wreck me, so i can't promise that my stuff going forward will look quite like this, but also who knows.

so uhhh i started this in March, and it kinda spun out of control and i got horribly burnt out from working on it, but then just this week i opened it again and decided it was good enough that i could kinda rush it out the door and put it behind me.

i have some worldbuilding ideas for their digital world that i wanna play with in the future, but for now i thought i'd portray the environment here with a vaguely Super Mario World vibe to distinguish it from the outside world.

i like to think that, in the digital world Quinn (right, she/her) and Robyn (left, she/her) live in, this kinda thing is more socially acceptable (or maybe they're just cute enough and oblivious enough that people let them get away with it).

specifically, i've been unemployable and living with my family for the past 6 years with newly-discovered autism and other mental health stuff. i'd like to continue making art and my other hobbies since they're what's meaningful to me, but also they're really the only work i'm capable of doing atm.

hay everyone, i'm always touched to see my art appreciated, and in a perfect world that would be enough, but my material situation isn't gonna be sustainable forever. if you like what i do, please consider supporting me in whatever way you can. ko-fi.com/ahlei_artist subscribestar.adult/ahlei

being an autistic artist with bottom-up-processing means my drawing process is basically this

nymph idea. resisting the urge to justify this piece cause it made me happy to make it. no character name yet (might start a new conlang for that). i imagine she'll have a blink ability and some tf powers like camouflage or like a fairy form. #art #notfurry #nonfurry #nsfw #multi #fantasy

i think i've had kind of an awakening with this piece so this may be a recurring theme for me. also been seriously (autocorrect thought i meant "stupidly" and honestly yeah) considering venturing into non-furry territory soon. idk how ppl feel about that. it's hard enough to know what i want myself.

Ura is a shapeshifter after all, so i'm very slowly trying to stretch my creative muscles and try out fun shapes for her to take. #furry #nsfw
