Here's a deep cut for you Italian trash cinema nerds: The guns used by Jenabell, Queen of the World's goons in Argoman the Fantastic Superman (1967) are the same ones the space crew uses in Planet of the Vampires (1965). You're welcome.

There was (thoroughly deserved) Oscar buzz around Linda Fiorentino's amazing performance in THE LAST SEDUCTION in 1994, but The Academy disqualified the film due to it having been broadcast on HBO before its cinema release.

Poster for the 1994 neo-noir film THE LAST SEDUCTION. A close-up of Linda Fiorentino looking downwards with a cigarette in her mouth, and with her dark hair cascading down over her face, like a brunette Veronica Lake.

Fair comment from Steve about the latest Season of Strange New Worlds. I liked his two least favoured episodes more than he did, but that's just personal taste. A good summation by Steve of a season that screamed "We've been cancelled. Fuck it; let's have some fun!"
