So the other day I was out walking Mulligan. I tripped getting off the curb and landed like a bag of cement. While going thru the check list, broken bones etc, none thankfully. I looked back to see my dog, my savior happily scarfing down all the treats that had fallen out.

I worked on the west coast of Vancouver island. The rain would come down in torrents non stop all day. You were cold and wet from the time you got out of the truck until got changed for dinner. We used to water proof our boots with transmission fluid. Had enough for a life time.
