Because of how she presents herself as composed and orderly, I can see Sayo being wholly sold on the idea of a vanguard party. Eventually, though, she'd subscribe to something more decentralized...on behalf of Hina no less.

I just recently remembered this one Zoe Bee video on why apocalyptic settings are highly appealing. A key point I've carried with me is that the people in those settings have control over their own lives - no hierarchies, no fear of being controlled, and the regaining of humanity.
