I normally don't go for the Canada's team thing, but this year is different with all the stuff going on.

Is anyone outside of #Canucks media having an issue with Petey not being on the off season marketing thing? Did anyone outside of #Canucks media notice Petey isn't in the off season marketing thing?

Yeah, a voluntary leave of absence that lasts exactly 10 games is interesting to say the least.

DeBoer places himself at the top of the list of coaches to be fired next season. There's a reason this guy has a short shelf life, and it's likely the same reason his teams don't take that final step. #NHL

Lots of talk and a Drance article on offer sheets this off season, after the Blues were quite successful last year. Before getting excited, remember the Blues were successful because the Oilers were up against the cap last year. The cap's going up so that leverage is gone. #Canucks

I'm seeing a few "Bring back Marc Crawford" back suggestions. Let's get this clear: Crawford is a bad coach. There's a reason he's only had one assistant coach gigantic no NHL head coaching gigs in 15+ years. He can't even get a job in Europe anymore. Stay away! #Canucks

There better not be a video tribute when the Flyers play here next year. Tocchet participated in stabbing Bruce Boudreau in the back with "sources familiar with subject" to get him out of the way and then quits when things get hard. #Canucks

The problem is Tryamkin's agent. He's trying to be hockey's Scott Boras - asking for more $$ than his client's worth and trying to make it look like the team's fault. It didn't work with Tryamkin and it won't work here. Willander needs to fire his agent before Diamond does lasting damage! #Canucks

Smyl was drafted 40th overall, which is now a high 2nd rounder. Don't get fooled by the round anymore. A 1st round pick from Winnipeg is very different from a 1st rounder from Detroit. Also, the rebuild cam wait until the Hughes contract is settled. #Canucks
