2/3 With every PS2 fat I’ve fixed, it’s this capacitor that was the problem. Replace it, and you’re back in business. However, the other capacitors (C202, C203, C206) should also be replaced as a good practice for preventative maintenance!

This past weekend’s project was a N64 deep clean and re-shell. This N64 was nasty! But the result was fantastic! Went with a “extreme green” shell and even moved over the stickers. See 🧵 for before and after pics. This N64 came out so well I might have to add it to the personal collection🤔
