No one had an issue with me reading this around age 10, which I attribute much of my love of literature to. But also: I feel like I should go to therapy for growing up way too quickly

July! Can someone please explain to me the Alex G hype? As you can see, I really tried. The album art goes harder than the music 🫣

I love making music with @thelvpband.bsky.social and @beholdyourfate.bsky.social! Thomas and I tracked SIX songs today, and we went home with sun still out. Music is the best.

I’m only one issue into Stegman, Porter, and Cannon’s THE SCHLUB, but I know I will love this story. Such ‘90s energy (complimentary) while retaining snark and hinting at emotions depth. What’s not to love?

THE SCHLUB by Ryan Stegman, Kenny Porter, Tyrell Cannon, Mike Spicer, and John J. Hill.

Why aren’t more people talking about Geoff Johns and Gary Frank’s GEIGER? It evokes Vertigo, cape comics, MAD MAX, and has a big, glowing, beating heart.

I love comics so much. This scene is so melodramatic and funny at the same time.

Vic Sage asks about his identity. From The Question #2 by Dennis O’Neil and Denys Cowan (1986).

Thinking small, feeling big, and vice versa. I am fully onboard with all the technological jargon and existential dread. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I already loved Wild Pink, but their new EP Strawberry Eraser moves me to another plane. Time to do a deep dive on their discography again, maybe even find some untapped through-line.

I journaled to Spraynard’s Mable today. Much of my reflection was centered on how undeveloped and naïve I was at 21, and how much wiser and well-rounded I feel now at 31. I can’t wait to listen to it at 41 and see what I think of myself then.

Reading @therightram.bsky.social’s Swamp Thing run is like reading accessible poetry or philosophy. The ideas are overflowing, and my mind is just a sponge taking it all in to process later. Incredible. 💙📚

Just finished recording my debut solo single. It sounds great unmixed. I don’t think I’ve ever been more proud of something I’ve created! 🎧 Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at my vocal recording booth:
