Another trip around the sun completed! It was a very busy one with a lot of changes, but hopefully I'll be able to build on it to see friends and more of the world next year! 🎨by @comfywa.bsky.social with 🥳 edited in

They're called Bumblebabes! They're Mara Vespidae's chat mascot

I'm working on a mascot character model! And taking some extra time off this week to catch up on sleep (and work on personal projects like this!)

Some of the more out-there ASMR I've found is like that. Usually because the listener is being eaten though

It'd be an interesting experiment! Would it be on the same channel as ASMR videos, or would there be a separate streaming channel?

(and a BatYap animation as well!)

Valkyria Chronicles, that's a blast from the past!

Umineko is a big thing, but much less imposing when you remember that it's eight distinct chapters. And as someone who waited for each new chapter to be released, I encourage a break between episodes to challenge the mysteries rather than just reading along for the ride

AfroSquirrel @afrosquirrel.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

The narrative works like Minecraft: nothing happens until a chunk is loaded into active memory by player presence

000

AfroSquirrel @afrosquirrel.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

Umineko no Naku koro ni and Disco Elysium are more on the narrative, but there is a mystery you SHOULD try to solve. Outer Wilds. I want to recommend Hotel Dusk but didn't actually finish it myself. DS in general was good for these games. LA Noire too? A bit more on mystery than Disco Elysium

Yeah, I think the best option for private control is a Discord (...as apparently everyone agrees lol)!
