I need to get back into reading “How to go Mad Without Loosing Your Mind” it is just THICC textually and I’m not strong at reading non-fiction (I’m! Trying to expand bc I like learning) But! It’s def one of my favs. That book is the reason I started looking to re-evaluate some prior diagnoses
