Director's Statement: This film was made to highlight stories that don't get talked about often. Stories in which sexual assault or rape occurs but it's not inherently violent. It's not being pinned down or tied up. It's not about being held at gunpoint. The violence is not glaring. It's insidious. It's ambiguous. It causes doubt and shame. This film is for those who struggle to name their experience and those who may think their experience is invalid.
