On 29-30 September, MEPs, national parliamentarians, EU experts, and civil society representatives will discuss strategies to strengthen democracy and reinforce citizens' trust.

The delegation will focus on Danish opt-outs from the EU Treaties and the future of EU-Iceland cooperation during a visit to Copenhagen and Reykjavik from 22 to 24 September.

A Committee on Constitutional Affairs delegation will visit Denmark and Greenland from 24 to 28 August.

During a two-part mission to the United States, MEPs will meet with federal institutions and congressional representatives, UN officials, and civil society.
