Read this last night, it's pretty good! I read it digitally but probably reads much better in print. Menheer's art has a kinetic quality that reminds me a lot of Daniel Warren Johnson, and Cantwell writes a badass Seven.

Something a bit annoying about Lanterns is just how limited the rings seem to be. They can make constructs but seem to lack all the scanning and information capabilities we’ve seen in the comics.

Commercials encroaching on all the streaming services would be more tolerable if most commercials these days weren't constant reminders of the worst aspects and people in our society.

Years ago I went to a Sleater-Kinney show where they had a pro photographer take pictures and then email them to us all later, which was pretty awesome. I'm sure it was a huge hassle for whoever had to do it, but the photos were a billion times better than any in the audience would have taken.

In retrospect, the TNG episodes about Geordi and Leah Brahms are a pretty good showcase of how interaction with a chatbot can take a charming, intelligent person and turn them into a dumbass.

Started using a CPAP regularly a few months ago with great success, and it seems pretty insidious that my feeds are now flooded with "ditch the CPAP and use this instead" ads.

This would be great for solo journaling RPG enthusiasts as well, if the magnetic pouch is sufficient to hold a few dice or a deck of cards and such.

One thing I really miss about collecting physical comics is having something for people to sign at conventions. Now I look at a convention guest list and really struggle to remember if I have anything for them to sign.
