Had this idea in mind for a long time and finally the confidence to attempt it. Hope it will turn up good

I was scrolling through my old arts and found this one. The first drawing I did digitally. Compared to the latest it's looking so bad 😭 I didn't know to use different layers and stuff and so everything mixed up

It has been a while since I last read the appendix of LoTR but if I am not wrong, Maglor is confirmed to have a wife in that. And given their customs, it is permanent.

Story is I wanted to draw reembodied Maedhros meeting survived Maglor with grey hair due to the time he spend in ME (supposed to be more weary than Valinor) which I really want to see, but turns out the grey just disappeared with rendering 🥲 good on its own though #maedhros #maglor

Your Maglor is so pretty!! I have tried drawing him but it always turns out so bad that I never post him.

2024, more silmarillion! this time with the Death of Fëanor, first Dramatic Death By Fire in that family. #art #silmarillion #tolkien

digital illustration of the death of fëanor from the silmarillion by Tolkien. Fëanor is prone in the center, held up by maedhros and pointing his sword upwards in anger as he recites the oath once more. his sons are all around him, crying. from left to right are: Maglor, Caranthir, Maedhros, Fëanor, Celegorm, Curufin, and Ambarussa.

I just realize how bad my perception on color I in digital medium. I am so used to see everything in night light that drawing in normal color is hard for me.

Colored the whole thing. Not sure if the rendering is totally right but tried it for first time. After rendering. Before rendering #artmoot

A character from one of my favorite fics. Shao Hongzhen. I absolutely love his design and decided to draw him.
Couldn't find the writer Linboh on social media. They are currently inactive on both ao3 and X and no account here.

Bought a new wacom tablet. Had a little trouble getting used to it, but it is working better than my display tablet. The software is so good. Practice drawing. #artmoot

I am reading the Disabled Tyrant’s Beloved Pet Fish. It's so funny and cute. The only bad thing is that I will probably complete the vol 2 by a few days and have to wait a lot for vol 3 and vol 4 🥲

Me started writing a new chapter for my fic which was in hiatus for a few months. Halfway through remembering something I wrote in earlier chapter which might become a problem. Rereading the whole fic. Rewriting half of the new chapter. Meanwhile my other fics and original work-waiting for turn 🙃

I feel weird thinking those two as couple as the dynamic might be problematic with their history. And then I remember my own ship with Maedhros/oc and it is even more problematic 🙂 Pretty art btw 💜

#weirdships #Silmarillion #fanfiction Anyone has ever read such a weird ships that you stopped reading the fic mid-way despite the ship being clearly mentioned at the start? I read a Silmarillion fic with Fëanor/Fingolfin/Finarfin/Maglor. It was a smut fic and I was even okay with the incest ++

#mxtx #tgcf #mdzs I have been thinking of an crossover omegaverse au regarding tgcf and mdzs for a long while. Like with a oc character I really love (I will draw him someday). If I was not busy with my college assignments and all the other fanfictions and a original novel I am writing, I would ++
