To be fair I tried to make a post three times on the mobile browser version, every time it did nothing with no error messages. This was over the course of three days so not intermittent. I raised a bug ticket, have heard nothing, and ended up installing the app just to post.

Physical media had that satisfying "kerCHUNK" to it. Cassette tapes, VHS, floppy disks, non-solid state hard drives, switches and dials. I appreciate the modern engineering, but I wouldn't complain if we put more tactile feedback in. There's a reason I use Cherry MX switched keyboards.

General wariness of organised religions of any kind - certain people tend to gravitate to positions of power over others. I know some people who are Christian who genuinely would not hurt anyone and actively go out helping the community. On the other hand, some do awful things and call it Christian.

The fog lifted for long enough to see a little ways down the Avon at Tewkesbury. Water sure is high, there and in the fields around Norton. #tewkesbury is always beautiful to me, whatever the time of year or the weather.

Oh dear Lords, if you buy one you've had it. Replaced the seat on a loo once, just a plain white affair, nothing fancy. Kept getting adverts for glitter toilet seats, furry toilet seat covers (why even?!). For. Three. Months. Am no collecting the bloody things!

Am I allowed to visit if I'm not a student? I loved the architecture of the old Debenhams - at least the bits I could see under the 60s "renovation" - and I'm really interested to see the finished building, and if any of that was restored.
